The problem
Selling online in Freetown takes more than a shop window. Orders have to be packed from a warehouse, delivered by Gladdy’s own riders, and shared with the other vendors who sell on the store. Ready-made store builders cover the shop and little else, so Gladdy was built as one system: the store, the operations behind it and the vendor platform, working together.

Built from scratch, for shoppers in Freetown, with everything from browsing to payment in one place.
Warehouse and fleet
Orders flow straight to the warehouse, and every delivery is assigned and followed to the door.
The vendor platform
Vendors manage their own products, stock and orders on a platform of their own.
